| Detailed Phenotype Description: |
|
This autosomal recessive mutation (tmgc58), linked to Chr. 19, was detected in the progeny of C57BL/6-19PWK males given one dose of 150 mg/kg ENU. 223CH19 shows decreased anxiety in the light/dark task. To date we have tested 12 animals representing at least 3 generations. The mean for the pedigree is 3.13 standard deviations above the population mean.
